It's interesting to compare Kevin Burton's and Dave Winer's accounts of their meeting the other night. Kevin was clearly upset by the encounter, while Dave only mentions it in an off-hand way. You wouldn't know what he was talking about without reading Kevin's post.

I didn't respond to Burton, my post wasn't about him. It was about love. It's hard for people to understand that I suppose, that creativity is not an "attack" as you put it. Best wishes, Dave

So there you have it. Perhaps I read too much into Dave's post.
