People in the comments of that blog post are bitching about the price, which is unaffordable for most tetris fans, but not unreasonable considering the limited production and the fine workmanship required. The owners of the company that made them replied (see Jesse's comment at 16:05): "WE ARE NOT IKEA." But they are looking to make a cheaper version (~$90 per block), probably with a back.
